Six tips for a Healthy and Fit lifestyle

           

   Everybody wants a healthy lifestyle but in this busy era it                   seems impossible to be healthy and fit. 
   
   Is it really tough to stay healthy and fit in this era ??

   Hmmmm..... not that tough. once you start doing these things             it  will be quite easy and relaxing and you will be in love with             this schedule.

   Let's start ....

   You just needs to follow a few steps for being healthy.

   Steps to follow :-

   1. Wake up early in the morning :-  You  might be                    wandering how one should wake up early in this busy era in                which  almost every person have a lot of work to do and they              got to their bed late night. 

It's simple. Go to your bed early. You need to complete your        work early or you may complete your work on the morning.        Going to bed by 9 pm - 10 pm and waking up by 4 am - 6 am    will be ideal. A healthy person needs a deep sleep of 6 - 8 hours  daily to be energetic through out the day. 

    2. Give yourself some time  :- On this era everyone is              busy doing their work the whole day and night and they focus            less on themselves. Giving time to yourself on the morning                would help you improve your personality and will keep your              mood and confidence maintained throughout the day. The ideal          time is to give yourself atleast 1/2 - 1 hour of time in the                    morning.

       Ideal things to do in this time are Meditation, Yoga / Exercise,            Sun gazing, Reading good stuffs which will help you improve            your knowledge and personality. It is highly recommended if              you  do these thing on an open air so as to take sunlight during          these. Sunlight is the best source of vitamin D which is highly            needed to improve your mood, your bone health, and energizes          your whole body.

  3. Eat healthy breakfast :- As it is a well said proverb "Eat         Breakfast like a king, Lunch like a prince and dinner like a                 pauper".

      Eating a healthy breakfast will help you keep energized the                whole day. Include as much protein in your breakfast followed            by carbs and healthy fat and other nutrients. 

      Now you are good to go 😊


 4. Maintain a healthy diet  :- After having your breakfast          you must  maintain  a healthy diet throughout the day. Avoid fast        foods.  Having a healthy snacks and lunch and dinner would              help you achieve your goal at the earliest.

5. Spend some time with your family  :- Spending time         with your loved ones helps reduce your stress and calms your             mind. Sharing time with your family keeps to attached to your           root and soothes your mind. A happy family leads you a happy           life

 6. Take deep sleep :- Sleep manages your harmones. while            you  sleep your body repairs and your mind calms. An ideal time        for a deep  sleep for an adult is 6 - 8 hours daily. Taking a deep          sleep  of  8  hours you body will get enough time to rest and you        will  wake up  relaxed the next morning. You will not feel                  lethargic the next day. 


  A happy and fit mind leads to a productive mind. 😊
